Behind Every Lemak

Our Partners

In our pursuit of all things lemak, we’ve sown trusted and lasting relationships with producers and suppliers—each of them pioneers and masters of their craft. For further partnership opportunities, please feel free to reach us at info@thecoconutclub.sg.

  • All of our quality poultry comes from this fourth-generation business—direct from the family farm in Loyang. Toh Thye San Farm is the original pioneer of the Singaporean GG French Poulet; from in-house feed formulas to ethical rearing practices, their fanaticism for quality is in every mouthful.

  • For our proprietary blend of Kampong and Mawa coconut milk, we have Jimmy and family to thank. This family-owned farm has been working with us over rigorous rounds of research and development, from selection and grading to husking, shelling and skinning—all for our signature lemak.

  • Formerly known as ‘Papa Palheta’, the folks at PPP Coffee are pioneers of Singapore’s specialty coffee range. We are blessed to have found a trusted coffee partnership with these homegrown roasters, who share our commitment to putting people and community before all else.

  • It’s rare to find good, sustainable local fisheries that “harvest by sunrise and deliver by sunset”. Located just off the coast of Singapore, Ah Hua Kelong was established in 2014 and offers only the best catches of the day—this is freshness that truly shines in many of our signature dishes.

  • Kühlbarra is Singapore’s only deep-sea ocean farm and one of the world’s largest sustainable Barramundi deep-sea aquaculturists. Our Barramundi comes from them on a strictly harvest-to-order basis, delivered within hours for ocean-fresh, 100% hormone- and antibiotic-free catch.

  • Mushroom Buddies is a Singaporean social enterprise by e4pid (Employment for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities). Their mushrooms, especially the Pearl Oyster Mushrooms, are organically grown and harvested by individuals with special needs—all of whom share our passion for quality and produce.

  • Singapore-based Borneo Hot Sauce uses very unique Momporok Chillies from Kunak, Sabah. These are grown in rich volcanic soil and cultivated by the Bulbul birds and local micro-farmers (with minimal intervention); our Ayam Goreng Berempah pairs perfectly with their Classic Extra Spicy sauce.

COLLAborations

Our Coconut Kakis

We’ve rallied some of our tribe to bring you a wide range of collaborations that reimagine the elusive coconut into delicious new possibilities. From sweet somethings to elevated hometown favourites, there is much to look forward to—come hungry, there’s plenty to go around.

  • Sharing a passion for celebrating the flavours and aromas unique to our region, Birds of Paradise have transformed our freshly cold-pressed coconut milk into an exquisitely balanced gelato—showcasing the refreshing, fragrant and velvety nuances of our White Sutera blend.

  • We’ve worked with Singapore’s kueh expert, Christopher Tan (food writer, culinary instructor and award-winning author of The Way of Kueh) to create a series of hand-crafted kuehs, including three lesser-known heritage recipes reimagined—kueh sarang semut, kueh bakar tapai, and nagasari pisang. Every slice is made fresh and daily, using quality ingredients and our very own premium blend of cold-pressed coconut milk.
